It’s been 3 months since we started the sales process for Dad’s house which was completed at the auction on Saturday 8th August.

I would like to thank you both for your work leading up to the house sale. Especially to Julia with the phone calls and emails on the Friday before the auction, so timely and professional.

There were many issues that needed to be resolved and these were handled with professionalism, accurate advice and guidance.

I mentioned to Dad yesterday the price his house sold for and he was very surprised given what he paid for 38 years ago some 25 times increase above the original purchase price!
