Ian practices in our commercial and property division and before joining Fox and Staniland Lawyers he practiced in several national and international law firms. Ian has acted for small to medium enterprises, banks, financial institutions, private health funds, not for profit organisations and government agencies in corporate, commercial and property transactions.
Ian specialises in acquisition and disposal of businesses and shares, corporate governance, commercial contracts, all areas of real property and succession planning.
