Junior Family Lawyer – 2 years+ PAE

The Role

Due to the expansion of our Family Law team we now have the opportunity for a Junior Family Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PAE to join this dynamic group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters with supervision
• Draft court documents, affidavits, consent orders and correspondence
• Knowledge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia rules, procedures, and filing requirements
• Experience to parenting, property settlement, divorce, child support, and domestic violence matters
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients during sensitive matters
• Experience attending mediations and directions hearings
• Legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Proficient with legal practice management systems
