Richard Martyn was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2012. He has gained extensive experience acting for plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes, lease disputes, succession claims, product liability, negligence, recovery of property, debt recovery, insolvency, enforcement of judgements and setting aside judgements. From Richard's experience he knows that meticulous preparation is key to success.
Richard is also a member of our family law team and his commercial background is an asset to all property settlement matters.
