Paul is a highly experienced commercial litigator, with over 25 years' experience both in private practice as a principal of international law firms and in-house.
He specialises in contract, corporate and financial services litigation, including regulatory, advisory and compliance, estates disputes and litigation, competition and consumer law, negligence claims, building and construction disputes, property and real estate litigation, shareholder and takeover litigation.
He is experienced in high value multi-party claims, litigation and dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
Paul regularly practices in the Superior and Appellate Courts acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
