Timothy Peterson Lawyer
Tim holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science and is currently completing his Master of Law at UNSW majoring in Corporate, Commercial & Taxation Law. He is admitted as a solicitor to the NSW Supreme Court and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Tim practices in the firm’s commercial and property division, with a focus on banking and finance, private lending and business sale and acquisition; particularly in the healthcare/pharmacy industry.
Tim's recent experience includes: (a) acting on the sale and purchase of pharmacies, (b) advising on pharmacy regulations, (c) sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, (d) preparing and settling lending documents for private lenders and (e) estate planning for private clients.
