Jonathon is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. He is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in the High Court of Australia. Jonathon has worked exclusively in the area of Family Law since being admitted.
He understands that litigation can be a costly and an emotional process for clients and always looks for opportunities to settle matters at an early stage. In the event that a matter does proceed to court, he strives to advocate strongly and achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
When matters have been in court Jonathon has supported clients with asset pools exceeding 50 million dollars. Jonathon has a particular interest in complex property matters which often involve trusts, companies and matters where there are disclosure issues.
He also has a very keen interest in parenting matters, especially relocation matters.
Jonathon regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
