Alex Dimos Senior Lawyer
Alex was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1999 and brings a great deal of experience in the criminal and civil jurisdictions.
Alex has achieved excellent results in criminal matters. His negotiations with the Police, DPP and CDPP, both orally and in writing has led to hundreds of charges against clients dismissed. Alex has also conducted successful outcomes when dealing with the ATO and ASIC.
In civil and commercial matters, in particular contractual disputes, Alex has appeared in all jurisdictions including the Local, District, Federal and Supreme Court as well as NCAT for individuals and companies and negotiated favourable outcomes for clients at hearings, mediations and other formal and informal settlement conferences.
