Wal has over 24 years experience as a commercial litigator. He provides commercial
and strategic advice as well as personal client service. Wal became a partner in
1990 and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, estate disputes, family
law, criminal law and building and engineering disputes.
Wal has expertise in and has acted for clients in the printing, building, engineering,
optical and medical fields.
Wal has extensive experience in conducting litigation in a variety of Australian
Courts. His approach enables negotiated solutions and favourable outcomes when court
action is required.
Wal is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and a member of the Family
Law Section of the Law Council of Australia as well as being collaboratively trained.
