Fidan has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law since her admission in 2003.
She has successfully represented clients in all areas of family law including parenting, property, de facto relationships,
spouse maintenance and child support applications.
Fidan is experienced in Hague convention matters, as well as matters involving relocation of children
and applications to the Court for enforcement of orders.
She regularly practises in the Federal Magistrates Court, the Family Court of Australia,
the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and District and Local Courts.
Prior to working as a solicitor Fidan worked as a judge’s associate in the Drug Court of NSW
and as a court officer in the Family Court of Australia.
She has gained considerable experience in family law, which, combined with her pragmatic approach and thorough knowledge
of court practice and procedure, allows her to provides clients with a cost-effective
and realistic approach to the resolution of their matters.
Fidan’s interests include bike riding, playing cards, chess and reading. |
