Craig brings to our firm a wealth of experience in all types of
business and property conveyancing, leases, wills, estates and estate
planning. He provides common sense general and commercial legal advice,
having been in practice since 1981.
Craig has a keen interest in anticipating the potential issues and
problems that may arise in transactions, and in negotiating successful
outcomes.
Craig also has extensive experience in assisting clients with
successful property developments, subdivisions, rural conveyancing,
sale and purchase of business and he has a keen interest in legislative
developments in these areas.
When not at his desk Craig is a sometime competitive cyclist, a
“green thumbs” gardener and is keen to get back on the golf course.
Craig is an accredited specialist in property law with the Law Society of New South Wales. |
