Since her admission at the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of
Australia Alexandra has worked almost exclusively in the area of Family Law particularly
in the areas of property settlement, parenting applications and divorce proceedings.
Alexandra has worked with partners and senior lawyers on complex property and parenting
matters including de facto relationship matters, spouse maintenance and child support
applications, relocation and enforcement applications. Alexandra appears regularly
in the Family Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court. Alexandra has also
successfully represented clients in Local Court matters including Apprehended Violence
Orders.
Alexandra currently conducts Family Law Seminars at Fox & Staniland and is committed
to assisting and advising people to meet their individual needs. Alexandra attends
legal workshops and education programs to keep updated on the latest developments
in Family Law.
Alexandra is committed to assisting clients to negotiate and resolve their disputes
in an amicable and cost effective manner.
Alexandra has undertaken training in the practice of Collaborative Law and is a
member of the Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc and the Law Society of New South
Wales.
